A Los Angeles judge today extended a restraining order against Leonardo DiCaprio’s wife alleged stalker, E! News confirms.

According to the ruling, Livia Bistriceanu must stay at least 100 yards away from the Inception star, his residence and his places of business until Sept. 10, 2013.

The move makes long-lasting a request DiCaprio put forth last month after the Chicago native claimed to be his “virtual wife” and mother to his child, whom she believes to be baby Jesus.

Um, right.

Neither Bistriceanu nor DiCaprio turned up in court, which was fine by Judge Carol Boas Goodson. “I did not require him to be here because that is basically granting her desire,” the judge said. “It’d probably be the closest she would ever get.”

Per his petition filed Aug. 25, the 35-year-old actor alleged that the 41-year-old woman, who has two psychological holds in her history, had traveled to L.A. and staked out both his home and production office hoping to meet him, and frequently demonstrated “delusional thoughts” and “irrational feelings.”

“I do not know and I am not personally acquainted with Ms. Livia Bistriceanu and I have no desire to have any contact with her… Given this obsessive and harassing behavior, I am frightened of Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me, is in jeopardy,” DiCaprio stated in a court declaration.

In addition to asserting she’s carrying the Titanic heartthob’s spawn, Bistriceanu wrote to the actor’s website administrator, saying, “I hope he’s not gonna lie you [sic] about me cause I have a letter from him telling me he lost his virginity to me.”

Said Goodson: “If I were in his position, I’d be scared, too.”

The woman accused of slashing the face of Hollywood “A-lister” Leonardo DiCaprio is professing her innocence.

E! News is reporting that Aretha Wilson appeared in a Los Angeles court Thursday where she pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

Wilson is accused of slashing DiCaprio’s face with a broken glass during a party in the Hollywood Hills in 2005.

According to E!, the 40-year-old allegedly mistook the Inception star for an ex-boyfriend, leaving the actor with a gash on his neck and ear that took 12 stitches to close.

Before she could be apprehended, Wilson left town for her native Toronto — where she has also served time for assault.

She was extradited back to the U.S. in July, and currently remains behind bars on $150,000 bail.

If convicted, Wilson could spend as many as seven years in prison.

Her next court date is scheduled for October 13th.

Twilight superstar Robert Pattinson and Leonardo DiCaprio have a love for the famous nightspot Soho, where they happen to be regulars. Recently, the British actor was spotted hanging at the ultra-private Soho House with his entourage of friends. Pattinson was accompanied by his agent Stephanie Ritz; Kristen Stewart was busy shooting for her upcoming movie.

Robert Pattinson was seen sporting a bearded look and he tried to stay as incognito as possible. Seems like, Pattinson has learned quite a few tips and tricks from superstar Leonardo DiCaprio. Leo and Robert were there and both of them were sporting baseball caps jeans and dark colored letterman jackets.

Sources informed that Pattinson kept a low profile throughout his time at Soho and tried to keep away from the media glare. Pattinson quietly made his way at the back of the restaurant area and chatted with his friends over mugs of beer. Robert’s agent left the nightspot at around midnight but the boys’ party continued well past 1am.

Leonardo DiCaprio also arrived at the nightspot sometime later and he was also seen wearing similar type of outfit to take the front booth. Both the stars hang out at Soho almost all the time and this might lead to a long friendship between the two Hollywood superstars.
